1. letvincko created agent 47 and the other agents.....so who created John Smith(Zachary quinto)?

2. wasn't john smith superior and better than agent 47 in every way(thats what 47 said in the movie)....so why does le crequo want to create more agents and not more people like john smith?

They weren't as enhanced in the brain as the agents from the agent program.
That's why Letvinko said that "He" (47) will always be better, because he was better with his head. Mind over matter.
