electrified garrote
yeah that couldn't work, 47 would have been shocked first, he wouldn't have been able to get his hand out, but most likely the garrote wouldn't have stuck to the wires, so so bad

Yeah, you make a good point, even though 47 isn't made of titanium, you'd still get a electrocuted. However, the scene moved so fast, it's possible 47 let go of Zach right before contact.
share47 was wearing gloves.
shareThis scene was beyond stupid as were many of the scenes in this stupid movie. Much to the the chagrin of my friends, I watched this scene five times to try to even understand what he did. So I guess what the filmmakers are trying to show is:
There was an exposed bank of wires or some type of electrified plate in the wall that was exposed by John Smith's punch. Then 47 wraps the metal garrote around Smith's neck. Then he "pushes" the end of the garrote into the hole. What? Try pushing a piece of piano wire against a wall or against anything. It will fall to the ground by something called "gravity." In this scene, 47 simply pushes or kind of throws the loose end of the metal garrote into the hole and it "connects" into the exposed wire. But there is no connector - it's just an exposed flat metal plate or the sides of a few exposed wires. Even if there was a connector or plug (which there is not), Smith could have easily leaned forward and pulled it out. Yes, he had a titanium core - i get it. But there is nothing to hold the garrote in the wall and against the force of a super powerful man. So very, very dumb. Made me hate this movie even more.
