It's bugging me. I can't figure out what happened to the boy. Did he get back to his mother??
shareI imagine so since he was placed in a metal cage for his own protection and couldn't go wandering out in the line of fire. His father is dead and his mother can take him to Denmark where she came from originally.

He was seen walking out of the warehouse near the end amidst all the activity of the cop cars and such at night.
So presumably the police returned him safely to his mother.
I had the same question too, so thanks. And what about the connection between Nils and Papa? i was confused at the end.
