Quite upset

It looks as though the final episode of Series 2 took a very steep dive in the ratings last night. WHY are more viewers not watching and even turning away from one of the very best shows currently on television? It's actually quite upsetting to me. And of course my biggest concern is that this latest huge dip in the ratings may very well prevent a Series 3 from happening.

I'd be curious to know the thoughts and/or opinions of any other posters on this board regarding this subject.

I think it's because BBC moved the final episode from Thursday to Wednesday.

And I don't believe that's a good sign that the network decided to do that. But the point that you brought up does indeed make alot of sense as for some reason I never even thought about this very plausible explination for the huge ratings decline.
