shareI didn't have a clue who it was, redhead was my guess too, I thought it was very clever the way they allow you to see the redhead on the phone at the same time as one of the prank calls, nice sleight of hand.
The episode left an uncomfortable feeling that lingered for a while, always a good sign.

what i don't understand is why the initial few calls were the voice of a woman but later when the culprit is found out and they listen to the recorded call it's the voice of the male actor...

I think they sort of faded the voices in together. With er third call, you can hear partly Reeces voice (his standard, funny, womanly voice) at the first word. Very clever.
sharei think it was a real cheat & if mark gatiss were involved he wouldn't have allowed this kind of underhanded trick on the audience
