The name of the movie; what did it make you think of?

When I first heard the title I assumed it was the story of someone choosing their own happiness over someone else's. And I thought "well that sounds unexpectedly mature and healthy for a love story". But then I heard the Romanian translation of the title, and it's along the lines of "Me Before I Met You" and that really put me off...

After seeing the film however, I believe my original interpretation works better.

Not everyone likes or dislikes a movie. So I don't care about those who didn't like the movie all that matters is that I loved it. Take a chance at watching it and make your own assumptions. Screw reading all the bad reviews. You can decide on your own from just watching it how YOU feel about it.

Tongue in cheek Id like to say will was putting himself before her

For this movie, I think they should have come up with a better title [I get that this is from the book]. Its bland and says nothing about the story. A lot of wonderful things happen to these people. I get that the title is because Will focuses on his life before Lou, but there were many other ways.
