Anyone care to explain?
This had a good tense tone and vibe throughout, but did not bring everything together to a good close. There is some metaphor stuff going on here with grief and coping etc, but the whole thing feels inconsistent as the 'thing' materializes and has physical impact. And the ending, was it supposed to reveal something that we were being fooled about the whole time? Or is it telling us that Isaac and Laura evolved in their relationship? Or is this just nonsense, what's going on here?
