a small detail that has always bugged me

And this happens in other shows/movies, just an example because it's what I'm watching right now.

I read the books as they came out, and something I looked forward to the show clarifying:

Is it pronounced "SeTRACKian" or "SeTRAYkian?" Because through all four seasons I hear both versions back and forth.

Now, I get there are accents, and I'm not a linguistics expert, but I don't think this example is something that would change because of accents alone.

Just seems like at some point during production, you'd be like "Hey everyone THIS is how you say his name." Because I certainly doubt Setrakian himself changes pronunciation whenever he meets someone new. Small detail I know, but all the more bothersome for being so small and easily fixable
