Looks like Zach will ruin the final season too

again, re-casting wasn't the problem so much as the mischaracterization. In season 1 he seemed old enough and smart enough to know what was going on. He seemed more stoic than emotional probably from having to be self reliant because of the circumstances with his parents.

Zach 2 is not just a bad actor, the writers pretty much completely changed the character into someone who is both bi-polar and very stupid. The best thing they could do now is kill him off quickly...and horrifically.

I agree, I think it's mostly the writing. If you watch the extras on the dvds, the actor seems pretty likeable, and like he has an emotional range. The writers just hammer hard on anger for him.

Omg. I was thinking the same thing!!! The first season zach was cute and I loved and felt bad for. This one is horrible!! It's like they totally changed his character!!! This zach is a sociopath! No remorse for ALL the destruction he caused including getting Nora killed!! He always has a pissed off look on his face. I know he's a child but I can't stand him!!!!!

this last episode i was hoping zach would die ... but it seems like he might just ruin the whole plan
