shareI think we can assume that their ovaries are destroyed as the parasitic organism's main body grows within the chest cavity of the infected victim. We can see from Ephraim's latest vivisections that it is huge and probably replaces most if not all of the organs of the host. Since this organism can replicate without sex there is really no need for retention of genitals in either gender.
