why in the world would Palmer or anyone trust Eichorst or the Master?

these creatures are EVIL. they could kill you on a whim, not to mention especially when you no longer have any purpose to them? so why does the Master behave as if Palmer is fundamental to his plan? couldn't he just turn Palmer and keep him as a subordinate ala Eichorst?

interesting but honestly how could he and anyone else believe a word from the Master. he could kill him at any point in time if he desires he no longer needs him. does Palmer honestly believe the Master will do as he says or that he's that valuable to him?

Palmer is on his death bed. He was almost dead when the Master revived him the first time. Palmer has nothing to lose, he is dead anyway. If Palmer could manufacture the healing white stuff, he would not be in cahoots with the Master.
