U.S. cable ratings 'The Battle of Central Park'.

The ratings are in for Sunday's episode and the series has hit a new low. 0.35 million in the 18/49 demographic with 796 thousand viewers over all.

I'm very thankful that FX announced the renewal of the Strain for one final season to premiere in 2017. The series is facing greater competition this season due to its' late start, as the broadcast networks unleash their new fall lineups. It's a shame because I feel that this is the best season yet.

I do want to add the TV by the Numbers hasn't released the DVR+3 days results for cable for two weeks running, so that's why I haven't reported them. I suspect a staffer quit. That happened about this time last year as well.

This show just gets dumber and dumber.

Like Epp and his slut sitting outside monitoring the sounds, and doing nothing to break up the communications???

Fet calling Epp in the middle of an invasion, to tell him about his kid??? I would have been trying to shoot the little turd.

There is one team of guys with spears looking for vamps?? WTF???

Somebody needs to tell Del Toro that he is no longer in Mexico.
