How did The Master find the Ancients' lair? I don't think Quinlan was followed because how would that happen? He's never been followed before...

Eichorst (or "Eichhorst", with an extra "H", as his business card in Gus' final flashback showed?) had Kelly-without-makeup use a spider-vamp/blind child to sniff out where Lar and the sun-hunters traveled back to after they grabbed a human or two from that bus for the Ancients to feed on. They had been scouting the sun-hunters out for a while and knew the general area that The Ancients might be in, but hadn't pinpointed it until then.
