Palmer's company name

Why "Stonehart"? I assume it's symbolic, but I don't get it. And considering how weak and frail the guy is when he's not getting the white, wtf does he come off so pompous and superior? Maybe I'm in election overload, but I keep seeing a lot of allusions to the campaigns this year and parallels between Palmer and Trump.

He named the company Stone heart in memory of his dad. His dad treated him and his mom like crap his whole life by not caring about ether of them. Took the money his dad gave him and built an empire. Bought his dad's company just to destroy it and change the name.
