U.S. cable ratings, 'Do or Die'.

Despite the formidable competition from the season premiere of The Walking Dead, which pulled in just over 17 million viewers, The Strain actually rose from the previous week. It drew 0.4 million in the 18/49 demographic, with 0.99 million viewers overall.
I'll be back next week with the ratings for the season finale, 'The Fall'.

NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO, THERE YOU ARE.

reply

Not even a million? That's really weak, it was easily one of the strongest episodes.

reply

Yes, but both episodes were amazing and The Walking Dead is far more popular.

And that one it was easily one of the 3 strongest episodes of The Walking Dead in the whole seven seasons... So, that rating is pretty decent for The Strain.

reply

0.4. Wow that's amazing. Almost the same as TWD. Only off by 16.6 million. Woohoo!!!!!! Good thing it doesn't really matter since we're getting a final season.

reply

It doesn't matter, next season is the last and I'm sure they will air it all.

reply

Did they announce its the last season? At least we'll get that, I think it's really improved with each season.

reply

I'm not surprised at low ratings. The Strain has never really been advertised that much.
