Between the two they have killed more people than Eichorst has.

How can they possibly make him so idiotic! He's seeing his former mom trying to kill his dad, and yet weeps when she's killed! And then he just detonates a nuke just like that! And walks out to see what he's done with no remorse! He may be a bad person, the issue is that the writers don't build his character to refelct this bad nature.

i hate Zach more than i've ever hated any character on any show ever. if they redeem/try to redeem him next season i'm going puke. i NEED Zach to die a slow and painful death. at this point i'm pretty sure the writers know most of us despise Zach and therefore are doing their darndest to rub it in our faces. lol.

He'll probably be the new vessel for the Master; it was hilarious how he ran off with Eicorst at the end.

Agreed, that was totally retarded especially considering that Eph is the one who set the nuke off in Night Eternal (book 3), thus killing himself, the Master-in-Quinlan's-body AND Zach.
