Super Speed Quinlan could have moved the Master to a safe place
I mean, the guy is super-powerful, so why didn't he super-fast roll the Master's silver box into a building or carry it under ground??

Also...it was day time. He isn't so super fast in the outside in the light. Hence, the hood and glasses. Hence Eichorst rocking the wide brim. Etc.

Nobody knows for sure because in every episode they have different powers at different levels. It is not exactly consistent.

Especially in a time of emergency like this, it was just odd that he acted like a deer facing headlights, when he already ran away from a nuke before.
A nuke doesnt produce UV lights, so its not like he would be instantly weakened from it, all he needed to do was hide like the others, and preferably sit on the coffin for a couple of seconds.
Its not like the coffin was totally blown away, it just flipped over and laid there couple of feet away.
If the Master can make a sprint in his weakened state, then so could Quinlan.
I skip reading the bottom line, because it is usually some lame signature.
