the astronaut in the books
I wish they'd show her in the show. I understand why they don't. Her role is relatively small in both terms of time and importance, and doing that would likely be very expensive, possibly the most expensive part of the show. No sense in wasting that dough on what's essentially a throwaway character. But I always loved her parts in the book, wish it would make it to the screen.
