Hospital management reminds me of the mayor in Jaws.
Refusing to believe there was a shark in their midst responsible for all the death.
They wouldn't do anything, not even ask for a thorough investigation.
The hospital management should definitely have a public enquiry launched against them. They are as culpable as her from 2015 onwards. When a consultant raises concerns of this nature, she should have been moved to another position immediately while being investigated.
Outrageous that she was moved to a different shift, and the attacks followed her, yet management refused to do anything other than move her to a different role. With so many suspicious incidents over the last year or so, they should have requested an investigation at the very least.
They were actually going to move her back to nursing infants but she was arrested before that could happen.
