You could not be more wrong. Austin powers 2 was a gargantuan hit and had pretty much terrific reviews. Hot tub Time Machine 2 is being eviscerated by the critics and will be a disaster at the box office. The two films could not be more dissimilar.

Agreed 100%. AP2 was just all the jokes from the 1st movie rehashed. Same as The Hangover part 2.

Austin Powers 2 was watchable.

Austin Powers 3 was just abysmal.
