I dont know if this has been asked or answered before but what would happen if an original would die with hopes blood in their system? I know they arent any werewolfs except klaus but still, hopes power and that she is a tribid or whatever, is it possible somehow? And on another note can hope be able to enhance them somehow? That power must mean something.
Hope's blood was unable to cure the uberbite. But they never tested that theory on an Original. As per Lucien uberbite cannot be cured by anything, not even Hope's blood which they tried on Cami. They didn't try that on Elijah, Kol or Finn though. Maybe the effect will be different. What if they become super vampire? Just like when a human dies with vampire blood in their system becomes a vampire, a vampire dying with Hope's blood in her system becomes a super vampire hence starting her sireline.

The Originals are already super vampires. Hopes blood shouldn't have any special effect on them considering every vampire on Earth has the blood of at least one Original in their system and that did nothing for Cami, but hey stranger things have happened.
^^^ Yeah Hopes blood doesn't seem to affect originals. It can heal herself and I guess humans to? Just like vamp blood does? It can turn werewolves into hybrids so therefore it should be able to turn humans into vamps. Plus shes got witch magic and the werewolf gene. I hope we find out more about her since season 4 might be the last

Not every vampire has an Original's blood not at least directly. Cami had Aurora's blood in her system when she became a vampire so I think it is possible that Hope's blood acted differently on her than it would on an Original. Also it is not just the blood that makes them special. I mean the Originals cannot die with any stake in their heart. It has to be white oak for them to die so it is entirely possible that Hope's blood in an Original body will act differently too. It we go by your theory that every vampire has an Originals blood then they all should be unaffected by simple wood stake, no?

All vampires are vampires due to the blood of the originals. I didn't say directly, but Aurora was directly turned by original blood, making Cami closer to the source than most vampires. Hopes blood is special because it has mystical properties from three species, but there is no reason to believe it would work on originals any different because the magic is the same or there would be no sire links to worry about. If the blood loses something from being passed down then vampires would be sired directly to the vampire that sired them instead of the originals, but as I said stranger things have happened and by stranger things I mean stupider.
As far as I know, werewolves are not undead but vampires are. Werewolves become vampires if they die. I'm from NL and when I was a kid there was a writer's group who called themselves 'Griezelgenootschap' (horror society) and they wrote childrens books that were horror stories. Paul van Loon had a huge series about werewolves that was pretty popular back then and he always wrote that werewolves turn into vampires upon death. I don't think I ever heard it anywhere else though but I do believe ww are live beings but still supernatural so them turning into vampires if still intact upon death does make sense to me. So to answer your question; I do not think Hope's blood will do any vampire any good at all.
