He is one of the original packs, that was established in s1 by Cary IIRC so one of them has to be his pack, I think.
I think his blood didnt work because Lucien used blood from All seven packs to make that serum. Hayley has to find wolves from all seven Original packs to find out the cure.

Don't all werewolves have to ascend from one of the original packs? Some lines may be longer than others. Like all vamires ascend from the originals (or now Hope).

Edit: so I think I got what you were saying... What I meant to ask was that which pack is KLaus's because we know from season 1 that Klaus and Hayley both belonged to the two original packs of werewolves so how come his pack name was NEA which is obviously not the name from those seven werewolf lines.... hence the confusion but someone said that Narducci said NAE is not the real name of the pack....
