Freya's love interest, potential characters.

So there was a lot of talk at ComicCon about Freya having a love interest in Season 4, and Julie Plec stated "man or woman" when discussing it, while Riley kept using gender-neutral terms. Freya's past love interests are Mathias (from Dahlia flashback), "Chad/Brad/Brody" from the nightclub and there was definitely some flirtation with Lucien before he was revealed as an enemy to her family.
Any guesses for the love interest this season?

New characters:
Keelin
Alastair

Or existing characters:
Detective Kinney
Vincent (the Finn thing would make it weird)
Marcel

I know it's almost definitely going to be the new "openly bisexual" female character, but just throwing out some other suggestions.

Vincent/Freya would be weird also because of that whole little incident with Freya sacrificing Davina to save her family. But it's not like that kind of thing doesn't get glossed over often - Bex nailed the guy who killed Finn the first time.

Maybe Enzo, at the end of TVD he cross over to T.O.
