Congrats to #TheOriginals on S4 wrap. We'll be back if I have anything to say about it. Unless I've peaked, in which case we're all screwed.

I think it means she's at least a little bit optimistic to be back for S5. The "we're all screwed" could also mean that they finished S4 on a huge cliffhanger. That would be a terrible ending for the show it it doesn't get renewed.
