Crossover with The Vampire Diaries

I know The Vampire Diaries and Originals crossover briefly in season 7 for TVD and season 3 for the Originals. Can someone tell me the exact episodes these crossovers take place? Which order should I watch them in? Does the order I watch the episodes in matter besides these brief crossovers?

Stefan goes to New Orleans in a 2 part episode, part 1 is 7x14 (Klaus crosses over still in New Orleans) and Part 2 is 3x14 (Stefan crosses over and visits rest of NOG)

Then in 3x17 Matt crosses over. For Matt its a flashback but for originals characters it was present day as they didn't have a 3 year time jump at the time.
