Due to the fact that her soul was shattered and the Ancestral Plane was cut off from the living, she should not be able to be resurrected. But that doesn't mean the writers wont find some loophole to make it work. Right now as far as we know, she's just in 1 episode as either a ghost or flashback.

That doesn't mean anything. They just used the same one they used for season 3 or 2. The network no longer cares to promote TO anymore. She is in at least one episode though.
