Will this be released in the U.S.? It was available for pre-order on iTunes but they took it off.

They keep pushing it back. It's already available in the UK for months.

Who cares about the DVD, why the hell is there no Blu?? It's getting the same treatment in the states as Valhalla Rising did. :(
