Which was better

This or fury?

Being good friends with the two guys who worked as the US Army historical advisors and suppliers of a lot of the kit and hardware (including vehicles) used in Fury.... I'd say '71 was the better film!!

Much more suspense here, Fury is predictable full of cliche, this one ain't about so popular topic so it's quite thrilling and actually enjoyable, didn't find there too much cliche since most of the characters got quite short screen time.

The best - Fight Club, American Beauty & Falling Down.

I think both were very well done. I think Fury was a great film and on a topic that HAS NOT been done on mainstream film. Fury was about the end of the war and what the American (in this case) soldiers went through with hue tikka fighting against determined citizens in Germany who were told to fight to the death. I didn't see many clichés , for that was how many men in the military were. You had men from all over America with different beliefs and ways they fought THEIR WAR.
71 was a great film as well , and definitely on a less popular conflict. If I had to pick I'd say Fury because of the SE and unique story at that particular time during the war. The characters were all different and great . Just MO but it's Fury by 1 point for me. So in no means was one way better or worse than the other. Both fine films.
