Thought it was "Sorry is for tomorrow." And I had absolutely no clue what that was supposed to mean. It really feels like this show tries to be deep and just comes off silly and/or confusing.

I can understand what they are trying to say. "Sorry won't change the past." But if you try to make sense of, "Sorry isn't for tomorrow," I don't think anyone can really make sense of it.
I too am glad I couldn't make sense of it either in total logical terms.
When I can't make logical sense of something and it seems like something I should really pay attention to, I tend to keep thinking of it. So I thought of that saying for hours and hours straight.. including during the time I was watching the rest of the show. I couldn't get the logic of the phrase itself, but I could get the idea they were trying to tell us.
