Because Bo is very gifted. Much more than anyone else at Orchestra. That's why Skouras really wants to capture Bo.

After the "Dual Orchestra Program" and the weak blackmail that Winter was attempting with Skouras, which made me howl in laughter, the point is, they don't need Bo.

I believe that Skouras said she's almost as strong as Bo, or as strong. But not stronger. And considering that Dani is older and Bo is younger and still developing, it's implied that Bo will be stronger than Dani once she masters her powers.

The elephant in the room they are ignoring is the degrade. This was talked about in four different episodes. The degrade can kill. Dani is not susceptible to the degrade in Orchestra's fantasy land from what I can gather. As for strength, I don't buy it. From what I've so far, Dani is just as strong if not stronger than Bo, where I feel that Bo is going to hit a brick wall soon. However, I'll need to see what's next.

LOL I was thinking that too as I was seeing it. Instead of torturing Skouras for all the *beep* he's done and is still attempting, Winter gave him some weak black mail. Anyone who follows the show knows that Skouras is not the type to care what people think of him and since he has authority on his side he's definitely not gonna get into any kind of legal trouble.
