i like the plot but..

Yeah, I second that. Which is a shame, because I had high hopes for this show. Delroy Lindo is a good actor, & I can imagine the lure... I've always liked Kyle Maclachlan (?? don't feel like checking the spelling) but I think this is a miss. The director is Alfonso Cuaron & producer JJ Abrams...one would think it would be better. Lead actor is hot, but he's not great. He's, at times wooden, then suddenly overacts. And why are they in a warehouse with 500 pigeons? Someone wr ite its obit, because it's dead.

Cut it some slack. It's still the first episode so there's plenty of room for improvement regarding acting, script, etc.

It was alright. I tuned in and watched the pilot because I was curious. I agree that it will depend on how it plays out week to week. Will it be more episodic and "story of the week" helping people or will it have an engaging serialized story? Two very different approaches that attract different audiences. As far as the story went, I kinda preferred Chris Evans and Dakota in "Push" with their great chemistry (was on FX earlier today coincidentally) to the actors in this show. Way too early to judge for sure though.

If anything though, it will be the arrogant and horrendous decision to move this to Sunday nights at 9pm. WAY too much competition for a fledgling show in that timeslot imho.
