this is what I can tell you. Some of us follow Johnny Sequoia's twitter feed. Johnny's parents are the main producers of Believe. It's been hinted that if the ratings go up for the last episodes, it MIGHT be get picked up again.
However, Johnny herself is not sure just yet, so stay tuned.

Johnny's last name is Friedenberg, and she's currently back in LA as far I as I know.
