Crap like this is why this show will rightfully not see another season.
In the last episode many said that Roman would be locked up, but I disagreed and predicted he would get away with it, because idiocy is the signature of this show. I was right.

shareBut can you charge attempted murder without a victim? There were witnesses of Skouras firing the gun, but then Winter and Channing escaped so it hasn't been verified he shot someone. Although you'd think there would still be other charges like reckless endangerment, grabbing an agent's weapon, but I think he has enough power to get anything less than murder dropped.
