I hate for them to just abandon a series and leave it hanging. These days series like this one live forever on Netflix, so it just looks more professional to bring about closure to the fans. I personally liked the show, but Bo kind was a little bratty and honestly, got on my nerves after awhile. Really folks, if you miss her stamping her foot and demanding her own way, just go outside. Kids like that are everywhere- nothing special about it....

the ratio of shows cancelled which people post "will another network (or something) pick it up" to ones which actually are is literally about 50,000 to 1. I wonder why people bother posting the question every time.

I was curious also because when I looked at Directv it did not show any upcoming episodes. So i figured they completed ended it

While it is unlikely, it isn't impossible....it does happen from time to time.

People post it because they want it to happen. I hope this might be the case this time. I love the show.

Believe is formulaic, shallow while trying to be deep and the script is stuck on repeat. No wonder it cancelled.

Well, I respectfully disagree with you. I think you are wrong from everything I have been reading all over the place. There are tons of different people posting on a couple of other sites trying to save this show, however, many of them do not watch it live...which from what I have been told, does affect the ratings.

My "buddies"? They are simply people that feel the same and want to save a show that is worth saving. Its ok that you don't feel the same though...no harm done and to each their own.

it has a view rating of 0.9-1.0 some of the show that were kept are the same. So, it is not a show no one watches. I think it had more closet fans than ones that parade on their choices.

The show is quite formulaic and the writing is a bit all over the place. But it still somehow managed to be better than tons of other shows out there. I'm sad that it's canceled because it had so much potential to get better and for its characters to improve and find their foundations. But when and show is cut off so early, we never get to see that potential. There aren't a lot of shows that start off stellar, especially sci fi shows. It takes time to build up a audience for them, as it takes time to get past the basic premise and into the meat of the overall story. Networks don't know how to handle sci fi.

WHAT THE *beep*!!! NO disrespect to American viewers! but ANOTHER GOOD American tv show cancelled due to big wig TV Companies NOT happy with making enough profit!! Got REALLY into TOUCH only to find after 2nd series...CANCELLED!! NOT ENOUGH viewers! (ADVERTISERS/PROFIT MORE LIKE!) *beep* TOSSERS!

They are going to air the rest of the series starting May 25/26. There's varying reports but 11 seems to be last one,though it could be 13. Johnny on her twitter feed hasn't updated on that yet.

The problems with Believe were legion, poor writing, too many WTF? moments, however, it might not have been entirely the writers fault, some things were pulled out at the last minute.

I blame the writers and NBC.

The show was so incoherent at times, and had too many WTF? moments, that the viewers were turned off.

Also,behind the scenes was chaos on this show, many things were changed and pulled out at the last minute. What we saw was the result of that.

However, NBC has a tendency to pull shows, even they are #1 in their time slot (eg: Harry's Law) because older audiences watched the show. The ironic thing is that 80's and 90's, this would not have happened.

No. there's highly successful shows that have played for many years, MASH, I think, went for 11 years IIRC, starting in 1972 and ending in 1983.
