This question has been asked here before. Somewhere amidst all the many previous threads, I believe there are one or two who said that they were. You cannot go strictly by posts, however, as I suspect straight male fans would be less likely than gay male fans to seek out a forum on the show.
shareIn addition to what the previous poster said, I've seen straight male posters mentioning by passing that they're fans independently of a post on the topic specifically. So you do have at least a bunch of 'em out there.

I pretty much watch every well-made, character-driven half hour, so that's probably the reason I like this show.
In addition, how can you not like Jonathan Groff!?
I am! I just watched the two seasons and the movie, it's an awesome and well acted show, too bad it was cancelled.
