I'm guessing you're asking based on the actress's personalities/looks since we only see the characters as zombie Beth and barely know Erica who seems pretty nutty herself, so I'd go with Anna Kendrick by a mile.

Both are solid lead actresses who can do both comedy and drama, but Plaza seems like a sweet girl (I dated one of her Delaware boarding school friends who constantly gushed about how nice/down to Earth she always was/is) but after hearing her on Maron's WTF interview she genuinely seems to have some pretty serious issues, and since Kendrick is also much more attractive imo and also seems like a sweetheart I would take her in a second. Well, "take her" isn't the best way to say it, since even though I do well in the dating world, I'm pretty sure neither of them would even look in my direction unless they actually became zombies haha!

Well....we don't know much about alive Beth other than that she did dump him...sooo....I'd say Erica.
