Michael Keaton and Edward Norton play themselves

Michel Keaton was famous for the two Batman movies, but didn't really do much with his life after for a while, but he finally reinvented himself with the movie Birdman. And Edward Norton really is an insufferable actor who gets way too involved in all his movies.

Keaton has been working steadily since walking away from "Batman", being consistently good and respected by the film industry, and definitely not suffering from typecasting. He's had a solid career as a character actor, which IMHO gives a person a better life than being an A-lister who has to pick projects on the grounds of whether they'll be box-office successes.

"Birdman" was the one thing his career was missing, an Oscar-level leading role. And he got robbed!
