Saw the trailer, but can't find it anywhere.

It's only in select theaters. So far, I've only heard that it will be playing in Houston and Dallas Texas.
shareSelect theaters--Houston and Dallas--and Video on Demand. I live near Texarkana and of course interest is high in this movie, corny or not.
Unfortunately, the local theater is Cinemark and they don't play movies that will be released on Video on Demand. I think this is a big mistake in this case because of the location. They could probably make pretty big bucks from the Four States Area. They filmed part of the movie here, and it's inspired by true events. Of course regional folks want to see this.

It's playing in only one theater in Los Angeles unfortunately. It seems like only the superhero or star driven movies are released wide these days...and some of these other ones are doing this select theater/video on demand. I don't like to watch movies in those dirty art houses. Prefer the bigger stadium theaters.
shareI live in Shreveport where the movie was filmed and it's not even showing here. I have tons of friends who have actual parts and lines in it and they want to see it. I cannot believe they have the nerve to not show it here.

No, I act in a lot of other movies that film here (on average they film 10 to 20 movies here a year in Shreveport, double that in New Orleans ),and although you think we'd be the first to know, we never know much until the movie comes out. I shot a film with Charlize Theron last year and I still don't know when it's coming out or if my footage is even still in it. We never get told anything. We're kind of just hired labor.
