Is the naked woman a prostitute?
Or does she have a defining role? Her lead up to her eventual death gets a lot of mention in the trailer.
The trailer makes it seem as if she's attacked when she's naked, so how was she able to get dressed and run for her life? Unless clothing was put on her for the shots in the trailer, like they did with Irene in My Bloody Valentine. Or the trailer was misleading us that she gets attacked when she's fully nude.
Her chase scene in the trailer gave me My Bloody Valentine vibes.

My guess is that her being nude is her initial "Scare" scene. Likely someone playing a joke. The scene in which she is clothed is probably a separate scene altogether, in which she is clothed.
