This had 12 episodes, but they were shot as half-hour episodes. MTV edited two episodes into one to make it an hour-long show. So really there are only 6 shows this season.

Why they did it that way, I have no idea.

Jersey Shore had 9 full one-hour episodes its first year.

It has been on less than a month. It came out January 3. It sucks because it is entertaining.

Maybe they will do a Jersey Shore and all pull up in Escalades and BMW's for the second or third season.
