TMZ says she got a felony drug charge, drug possession with intent to deliver.
Still my favorite depending on what she was carrying. If its not a blue, then fine. She'll learn.

That's a serious charge anywhere in this land. And take into consideration how the Senator from their state wanted the show not to air... she's up schit creek and stands the chance of being made an example of.
I think its time the 3 boys pony up that hundred dollars they promised her. Going to need it to stay from the slammer.

But it was oxycodone and heroin. That's pretty serious.. I hope she isn't doing heroin. I've been around pretty much every kind of drug (without trying them) except for heroin and crack. That's just a whole other level of stupidity.
I would have to assume she was looking to cash in on her surroundings. First playing up the stereotype on TV and then using that money to invest in "hillbilly heroin" (aka oxycodone) to distribute in her community.
I can remember the first time I heard of oxycodone was from a documentary on a west virginia area back in the late 90's. How the locals would get it prescribed to them (as it was unknown of and handed out rather easily) and abuse it leading to the eventual street selling of it to fit their high demand. Looks like things havnt changed. Thats no dis on them, as it seems to be a danger everywhere now.
The heroin makes sense too seeing how its opiate based like the pills.
Does that mean she was taking it, or selling it? IDK. My guess would be both.
While I cant see her being hooked on heroin... Its not a stretch to think she takes the pills. She's in good spirits and somewhat spacey for the times shes been on the show.
Reminds me of the winner of big brother 9, Adam. He took his winnings and got busted by undercover police trying to move thousands of pills. He got sentenced to 4 years in jail.
