Any returns on par with Tommy's?

I'm not a huge fan of GMW. As a BMW fan, I want to see good character reunions. Shawn, Feeny, Cory's parents, Eric, Jack (did Rachel or Angela come back? I feel like at least one of them did), with no disrespect to those who like them, are boring. Great characters, but expected returns. Harley Keiner was unexpected, but not great (oh, a character we never cared much about in the first place is back and losing hair and as a janitor, so here's your lesson about bullies and bad people). Oh yeah, I forgot Minkus. That was a great return. I love Tommy's and can't watch that scene without crying! Are there any other unexpected returns?

The only ones that haven't come back are Harley's sister Harley's side kick (the Brother from MY Name IS Earl) or Vader!

Both Morgan's will be on the Season or Series? Finale, I heard that The actress that play's Rachel has a risque Instagram page and could be a possible reason she has not returned
But I also heard she visited the set SO IDK about that?

I also heard the Jennifer Love Hewitt Wanted to come back but not sure how that would work unless it was a Halloween Special!

I forgot about Minkus marrying Shawn's ex. Which ex was that?

That might have been a big shocker, but Tommy's return was so poignant. As far as I know, it makes/made a ton of people cry. I never thought Tommy would return. Minkus returning would have probably been cooler for me if I hadn't been watching Lee Norris play Mouth on One Tree Hill for nine years.

Oh yeah the one that Eric considered adopting. Shaw's ex that Minkus married was the one who tried to split Corey and Sean Apart then tried to split Angela and Shawn apart with a group of his other ex-girlfriend
