They are not regulars. These sort of things have meaning. A regular has offered up their availability to the show, meaning they can't take other jobs that interfere with their ability to be on Girl Meets World. Not all actors want to take that on as part of their contract, so they don't get to be a regular. Also, the show would have to offer more money to an actor who contracted their availability to them and maybe the show didn't want to do that.
To pretend that they are just doing this as some sort of slight is to misunderstand the complexity of the situation. If they aren't regulars, they actually don't deserve to get that recognition because it is based on contracts and money and not how many episodes an actor is on the show.
