Either way, I think you're both overly impressed by the busts of teenagers. They don't wear particularly form-fitting clothes, they don't wear remotely low-cut clothes, there's nothing that indicates either of them are particularly busty. They're hardly, like, Topangas. If you've noticed this, you'e paying too close attention to it. I just watched an episode today. I still have no clue which one you mean. Both have developed slightly, though not dramatically, in the past couple years. To act like one has developed these gigantic breasts (which doesn't seem true unless I'm missing something) is just... an odd sentiment. So odd that I was curious which one you were talking about.

Hell, judging from his posting history, it look like the OP just goes around on shows' boards and comments vaguely about someone in particular having big breasts. I'm not even convinced he's talking about anyone in particular.
