Hope it's PG-13!

I hope so too. Just so that Denis Villeneuve can get the added exposure as a director. Don't get me wrong, I love the dread and tension that have filled his previous movies (all of which were rated R) but I think he can make a pg13 movie that's just as riveting as those were, and that would introduce him to a wayyyy bigger audience, which I really hope he gets given how talented of a director he is

There is nothing at all in this film to warrant an R rating, so a PG13 is a no brainier

it rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again

There is nothing in the movie that could warrant an R rating. No violence, gore, nudity or even swearing that I recall.

I didn't know there was a risk in doing so!

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

Was there any doubt? If someone is familiar with the story they'd know what kind of material the movie will have.
