First appearance of the aliens behind the transparent wall. Great atmosphere, music and anticipation.

i agree here. although my personal favorite moment was the sanskrit word for "war", which apparently means a desire for more cows. 

The Heptapods revealing to Banks who the girl in her dreams is, the emotional impact elevates the movie from good to fantastic.

That was some cheese. Has anyone tried this as a pick-up line?
