Can someone please explain the plot? (spoilers obviously)
I haven't seen the movie yet buy I want to know what the film's plot summary is. So, I get that the movie is an adaptation of a short story called Story of Your Life but I still don't get how this can be a two hour movie. Adams visits the aliens becomes unstuck in time, befriends her daughter and decides not to change her future... This can't be the entire movie, can it? If so, please explain what else is in the movie (and yes you can use spoilers). Thanks.
