at first... i thought he had a gang set up to get combo... but then he said he 'i love you too' etc
it cannot be 'lol' so it's someone we don't know?

If it's someone we already know, then the only person who makes any sense is Banjo.
Maybe if Banjo turned completely against Combo after his attack on Milky, this could make sense.
Kelly? Are they plotting against Lol and Woody?
A member of Milk's family? Is he going to kill Combo and run off with Lisa?
Considering Meadows recently said there's a 'big star' coming in ep 4, and considering the now big star Jack O'Connell - who played Pukey in the TIE movie - said last year that he was looking at making an appearance this series, my money's on it's Pukey that Milky's teaming up with. Combo beat up and humiliated Pukey in TIE, so he'd have a reason to want revenge, too. The only part I'm unsure about is Milky saying "I love you" - would he really say that to someone he hasn't seen in years?

Guys, it'll be his Uncle. If you check IMDBs character list, a character named Uncle Rudy is there. He's played by Vauxhall Jermaine, so it'll be him that Milky is talking too
