This will be brought up to why he has such hatred towards black people. We see him look at the pic of his heritage where his father is black. My guess is after milky and his Uncs seriously smashed up combo, milky will will regret and take him to hospital where combo will proceed to tell him he was abandoned by his father and was jealous that milky was kept and adored.

Think Sean might get involved somehow aswell, banjo coming back I reckon he might be killed

Shane Meadows isnt exactly a 'Kill the character off' kinda guy...he reaches climaxes through emotion, not death.

Lol's father if I am correct, is the only single person in the whole series and film to have died...the only one. And it has had severe repercussions on almost every single character in the show and stuck with it ever since.

Wrapping things up by getting main characters killed off, in Shane Meadows world does not seem like a resolution to anything as their deaths would most likely result in a mass amount of story to follow it, and if this truly is the final series...then killing people off just seems like it would require more story and less finality.
