It's probably safe to assume that he is.

Also, I think I saw Banjo as one of the men who takes Combo away.

What an ending, it's happy but it ends on such a downer.

Banjo was at the wedding at the end it was not him !

I thought they were just going to beat him up like what he did to Milky in the movie, bit harsh that Milky had him murdered I don't like Milky now.
